Lot 1 Woodmere Beachline
Lot 1 Woodmere Beachline: Well-built gelding, medium in stature. Possesses a very unique pedigree; a Sportswriter from St. Lad’s Morgan 1:50.4, 254K. Morgan is the fastest mare with the exact same breeding as Somebeachsomewhere (Mach Three- Beach Towel- Cam Fella) with her second dam being the prolific Loving Proof. Beachline will sell with a reserve of $16,000, if there is interest at $16,000 the bidding will start there.

Lot 6 Woodmere Stealdeal
Lot 6 Woodmere Stealdeal: Beautiful dark colt, long bodied, medium in stature, racy looking with a snip of fire. Steelhead Hanover brother to Ideal Art, Rio and Nasha. This colt represents an excellent opportunity for gold material. Stealdeal will sell before the seats are full, don’t let him be a steal!

Lot 12 Woodmere Leah
Lot 12 Woodmere Leah: Very attractive filly, medium plus in stature. Well-proportioned and athletic looking. Oh Pretty Leigh comes from a championship family and has developed into the broodmare she was destined to be. This sister to Oleksiak will grab your attention.
|
Lot 22 Woodmere Fenn
Lot 22 Woodmere Fenn: First foal from Four Starz Roe (1:50.3, 311K). Fenn was destined to look like a superstar and we weren’t disappointed. We consider Fenn to be the sharpest looking colt we have ever offered. His second dam is one of the all-time great Maritime broodmares, we are always excited to see Jate Lobell on the dam’s side of the pedigree. Rollwithitharry has done everything we could ask from his first crop of 22 two-yr olds and we expect Harry to lead in most Maritime sire statistics for 2 yr olds. We’ll be looking forward to seeing where Fenn ends up.

Lot 51 Woodmere Tesla
Lot 51 Woodmere Tesla: Made to be fast and energy efficient. Tesla is medium in stature but long bodied. From just four foals eligible to race, Wild Ride Hanover has produced two in ’53 with over 170K each, plus Wyldstyle with over 75K and now a mark of 1:55.1. Tesla is only the second colt out of one of our favorite mares, his half-brother Lukbobski was second, race-timed in 1:50 in August.
|
Lot 56 Woodmere Vanish
Lot 56 Woodmere Vanish: Vanish represents a great opportunity for the bargain shopper. Her dam already has four in ’55 and she is a sister to Rollex who showed great promise before running out of time with a foot issue. Vanish has excellent conformation, don’t let this opportunity vanish.
|
Lot 70 Woodmere Cecil
Lot 70 Woodmere Cecil: If you check Cecil’s pedigree, you would agree it’s strong with his dam producing one in ’51 and two in ’55 from just four foals. His second dam has four in ’51 and six in ’53. But what you don’t see in the catalogue is that Cecil’s second dam is a sister to Sunshine Beach. We like to see Champions in the pedigree and there is lots of them here. Cecil is a good-sized colt that covers ground easily.
|
Lot 81 Woodmere Cha Cha
Lot 81 Woodmere Cha Cha: A filly that perhaps looks more like a colt. Cha Cha has a head and neck like her sire, is wide chested, and carries that width right through. Doug Hill would be very proud of the great broodmare that his Shadow Dancer has become. If you want to go to the big dances, you are going to have to have Cha Cha!
|
Lot 93 Woodmere Stella
Lot 93 Woodmere Stella: First filly out of the great race mare For All We Know. There have been some great maritime bred fillies from this family, including Saulsbrook Alana and Traces of Purple. From the same Bettors Delight bloodlines as her brother Bolt, Stella is an extremely wide filly that very much resembles her dam. This filly has plenty of presence.
|
Lot 100 Woodmere Alvin
Lot 100 Woodmere Alvin: Handsome, long-bodied, by Rollwithitharry, first colt out of a 200K winning dam. His dam’s brother, Musselsfrombrussels, is now over 800K. Alvin will represent an opportunity to grab a well-bred Rollwithitharry colt late in the sale.
|
Lot 107 Woodmere Lexus
Lot 107 Woodmere Lexus: Last foal from the matriarch of Woodmere, Blue Violet. Blue has produced winners of 1.2 million with three over 250K and five in ’53. There is a reason that Lexus is the only yearling in the sale that doesn’t show a second dam. Lexus is a long, athletic Rollwithitharry colt who will build on the legacy of his dam. If you are looking for that late sale bargain, then you might as well drive away with a Lexus!
